Whether alone or in a community: I offer you tips for meditation and, above all, joy in sharing.

For several years I have been accompanying people on their professional as well as on their private path. Meditation is a helpful practice of mindfulness to live everyday life in serenity and with a positive attitude.


Meditation takes practice just like anything else in life you want to practice. Through regular meditation you change your consciousness, get in touch with your inner world and learn to be calm with your thoughts.


Rituals play a big role for me in everyday life. When I get up in the morning, I bless the day that lies ahead of me and align myself accordingly. It is important to me to start the day in a calm and pleasant atmosphere.


Likewise, I end the day with a meditation in a calm and comfortable atmosphere to gratefully accept the experiences I have had during the day.

If you want to immerse yourself in Hawaiian realms, you are cordially invited to my Hawaiian meditation. You learn to consciously perceive your body, to find tension and to release it through gentle movements.
