"Fit in all situations!" - who wouldn't want that! Our health is the be-all and end-all to be active and to achieve your goals in life.


For mothers and fathers in particular, it is of great importance to integrate rhythms, breaks and a prudent diet into their everyday lives. As a preventive measure, we can keep ourselves strong and mobile in order to be well-armed in the event of possible stress.


If we are already out of balance and need long periods of regeneration time and again, it may be time to change something in our own lives.



What does health mean to me?


For me, health means conscious self-care. This includes a carefully chosen diet, sufficient exercise, dealing with stress constructively, enough sleep, social contacts and challenging your own mind. Doing things I love, going into nature and exercising confidence - living spirituality in everyday life.


The holistic approach and the design of a healthy living environment are the focus of my advice.



My concept for holistic support includes the following points:

Health is an essential good. This is how life stands and falls. Being fulfilled at work and in our private lives is only possible if we feel good.

It is my gift to accompany people sensitively and to recognize which tools they need for a fulfilling life.


By treating ourselves with care, we create awareness of our body, mind and soul. I would like to support you in this, for your Health preventively and to make it an integral part of your everyday life.


Under Movement I don't always understand a "sports program". Fit in everyday life are you already with a few simple daily exercises that your promote well-being. Often is it just enough to get out into nature and the greene: Walks in the forest, sunlight and fresh air have been proven to strengthen our immune system.


Relaxation can both be a few minutes break that you in your daily work, as well as gentle movements and meditative exercises. The question then arises: Where can loads be reduced?


For me, social contacts are also part of my health. Close relationships with those around us contribute to psychological and physical well-being. Every relationship is characterized by its special quality. Having a close-knit network gives you security and support. Enjoy the community and go to the encounter!

From my consulting experience, it is advisable to book 6 appointments in a row - so that you have enough space for your development and can implement your projects sustainably. We then go into the process together.
