Get out of the hermit existence and get back into the encounter! This is possible with communal cooking – cooking, laughing and learning new things with different people. I combine cultures through cooking, just like my home cuisine, the Austrian cuisine, which originated from a variety of cultures, the Slovenian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Italian. You will experience a piece of intercultural knowledge, the joy of cooking and a community event.
We often have the best resolutions on how to stay healthy and fit in everyday life. But most of the time it fails because of the implementation! Has this ever happened to you?
So that you can enjoy your health again, I will help you to integrate more exercise into your everyday life.
Personal initiative and personal responsibility are required at this point, which contributes significantly to your success.
With my holistic advice I support you to get and stay fit! You start by going through your everyday life mindfully and consciously. Then we will see what you are already implementing in your life and what you still need to be fit again or to get back into work fit.
It is my job to support you preventively. In addition, I am at your side with health restrictions and show you how you can look at new professional perspectives. You get the space you need to recognize your potential and to develop it.
For me, the three areas of nutrition, exercise and relaxation form the basis of a holistic consultation. In addition, meeting people is important to me and being able to live my heart's job.
Cooking - the enjoyable preparation of food - means the practical implementation in the Nourishment.
Another important part of nutrition is mindful eating: eating in a comfortable atmosphere, taking your time to eat, and eating when you're hungry. In order to train self-awareness, mindfulness exercises for eating are often helpful.
In the holistic consultation, the Movement a significant part. In order to stay fit every day, I work with individual health and mobilization exercises.
Besides that Relaxation! Even simple breathing and mindfulness exercises built into everyday life produce noticeable positive effects for body, mind and soul.
For me, all of the aforementioned areas encompass the encounter with people, which plays an essential role in our mental health. The construction and maintenance of social contacts, the networks and spending quality time with people who are good for me are central elements of a healthy lifestyle for me.
